I wild harvest Blue Elder Flowers each May in Eastern Washington, far from roads and industry. I only take a small amount form each shrub to ensure pollinators have access to this important food source. i dry same day s harvest at a low temperature.
Blue elderflowers have traditionally been used for their anti-viral properties.
