Sow seeds in fall, to stratify outdoors, for spring germination, or stratify for 6 weeks in the refrigerator for spring sowing. Germination is slow at first. Sow in pots or flats to be transplanted out into the garden.

Skullcap is a premiere nervine tonic to sooth and strengthen the nervous system.
