I personally grow and harvest this Hyssop on my farm. I never use herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or GMO's. All my herbs are grown using Permaculture ethics and techniques. I harvest in full flower and tincture right away. I macerate the aerial foliage in 40% alcohol and distilled water for 6 weeks. I strain then bottle and store in a cool dark cupboard.

Hyssop has many medicinal uses and is high in essential oils. It has traditionally been used to treat upper respiratory infections, as an expectorant and antiviral. It is high in antioxidants and rosmarinic acid which help oxygenate the body and improve circulation.
