I wild harvest Grindelia Flowers each year at peak flower blooms, along the coasts of Pugent Sound, far from roads and industry. I only take a small amount from each plant to ensure pollinators and birds have access to this important food source.  I dry same day s harvest at a low temperature.

Gumweed has traditionally been used for opening up the bronchial passageways.
