Dandelion is my main “weed” in my gardens, and I allow it to spread freely about the gardens. Each spring i harvest the greens from in between all my other cultivated plants, then allow the dandelion to regrow for root harvest in the fall. The leaves are cleaned and dried same day as harvest. Finished with hand processing.
