Easy to grow. Sow seeds in early spring in pots or flats. Barely cover seeds, tamp firmly in the soil, and keep well watered. Germination should begin in 2 weeks. Seeds can also be started in fall for spring germination.

Medicinally used as a digestive bitter, cardiac support, nervine and for woman’s reproductive health.
