Hand harvested and grown in my small-scale permaculture system, without the use of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertilizers. I harvest Meadowsweet each summer right has flowers start to open. I harvest leaves and flowing inflorescences. Dried same day as harvest. Stems removed.
