Sow seeds in fall outside to overwinter and germinate in spring. Or cold condition for 2 weeks in refrigerator in early spring. Surface sow seeds, tamp down in soil firmly and keep well-watered. Transplant once well established. Drought tolerant.

Goldenrod is an excellent herb for urinary, bladder and kidney health.
