Dried Plantain Leaf, Plantago lanceolata. Hand harvested and grown in small scale permaculture system, without the use of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides or synthetic fertilizers. I harvest the aerial portions of plantain each spring, by cutting the top 10 inches of growth and allow the plant to regrow and set seed. I dry the same day as harvest and hand screen.
